Postclassical Work
This model is intended to enable the representation and sharing of data relevant to physical items, which carry content that provides evidence of a historical witnessing of, response to or reference to a particular Monument. In the Census, this category can include drawings, prints, paintings, medals, and statuettes, or written documents such as printed guidebooks, manuscripts, letters and inventories.
Group
The Group reference data model provides a list of standard descriptors (fields) that are typically present in the description of a Group or institution in cultural heritage data systems. The intention of this reference model is to provide a consolidated, high-level formal structure comprising the most commonly reused descriptors for a Group.Image

This model is intended to enable the representation and sharing of data relevant to real-world, physical persons. Period
This model is intended to enable the documentation and correct referencing of historical periods for use in datation. Bibliographic Entity
This model is intended to enable the representation and sharing of data relevant to bibliographic sources that have been used in the course of researching and documenting. Antique Monument
This model is intended to enable the representation and sharing of data relevant to artistic, architectural and historical artefacts extant in the past or present. In the Census, Monuments are antique inscriptions, coins, paintings, sculptures, architectural monuments and other ancient artefacts and works of art. In some cases, Monuments can also be works of art and architecture which are not antique, but were believed in the Renaissance to be antique.Location
This model is intended to enable the representation and sharing of data relevant to geographic places used to identify the locations of items and events over time.

This collection of fields enables the documentation of an archival unit's coverage.
Style
The Style collection is used to combine fields associated with the artistic or cultural manner of an entity and any additional metadata associated with it.
Object Location
This collection of fields enables the documentation of the places where an object has been located.
Object Use Event
The Object Use Event collection is used to combine fields associated with the function or application of an entity and any additional metadata associated with it.
Floruit
This collection of fields enables the documentation of the parameters involved in the flourishing of a person or group such as the time of its occurrence, its place and so on.
Function
This collection of fields enables the documentation of a funtion attributed to an entity.
Alternative Name
This collection of fields enables the documentation of an alternative name attributed to an entity.
Curation
This collection of fields enables the documentation of a curation event that has occurred to an archival holding.
Social Relations
This collection of fields enables the documentation of the social relations that hold between actors.
Digital Creation
This collection of fields enables the documentation of information describing the various parameters involved in the creation of a digital object.
Description
This collection of fields enables the documentation of free text descriptions that have been written about an entity.
Current Parthood
This collection of fields enables the documentation of the relation of parthood that currently holds between two places.
Temporal Duration
This collection of fields enables the documentation of temporal duration information attributed to an event.
Condition Assessment
This collection of fields enables the documentation of an action of attributing a condition to a physical object.
Type
The Type collection is used to combine fields associated with specifying the kind of entity and any additional metadata associated with it.
Creator
This collection of fields enables the documentation of the actor(s) who serve(s) as a physical object's creator
Dimension
The Dimension collection is used to combine fields associated with the size, scale, or measurements of an entity and any additional metadata associated with it.
Publication
This collection of fields enables the documentation of the parameters involved in the publication of an information object - e.g. textual work or visual work - such as the time it occurred, where it happened, who carried out the production and so on.
Historical Parthood
This collection of fields enables the documentation of the relation of parthood that has in the past held holds between two places.
Citation
Condition Assessment
The Condition Assessment collection is used to combine fields associated with evaluating the state of preservation of an entity and any additional metadata associated with it.
Parallel or Copy
The Parallel or Copy collection is used to combine fields associated with related, duplicate, or derivative entities and any additional metadata associated with it.
Temporal Start
This collection of fields enables the documentation of parameters involved an event attributed starting time.
Dissolution
This collection of fields enables the documentation of the parameters involved in the event of dissolution of a group such as the time it occurred, who was involved and so on.
Dimension
This collection of fields enables the documentation of dimension information attributed to an entity. In particular, it allows the analytic description of measurement information relative to a documented entity.
Substance
This collection of fields enables the documentation of information describing the substance of a phsyical entity, such as the material it is composed of or the technique by which it has been produced.
Recto/Verso
This collection of fields enables the documentation of text transcription that appears on the documented writing surface.
Preferred Name
This collection of fields enables the documentation of a preferred name attributed to an entity.
Documentation
This collection of fields enables the documentation of digital reference information with regards to an object of documentation.
Birth
The Birth collection is used to combine fields associated with the beginning of a person’s life and any additional metadata associated with it.
Production/Creation
The Production/Creation collection is used to combine fields associated with the making of an entity and any additional metadata associated with it.

This collection of fields enables the documentation of the parameters involved in the production of a physical thing - e.g. artwork or built work - such as the time it occurred, where it happened, who carried out the production and so on.
Actor Location
This collection of fields enables the documentation of the places where an actor has resided.
Rights
This collection of fields enables the documentation of the rights that are held over a physical object.
Type Cause of Observation
The Type Cause of Observation collection is used to combine fields associated with the reason or basis for observing an entity and any additional metadata associated with it.
Destruction
The Destruction collection is used to combine fields associated with the damage or loss of an entity and any additional metadata associated with it.

This collection of fields enables the documentation of groups and insititutions with which an actor is affiliated.
